Returns & Refunds Policy

At TrainTorquix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we aim to make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

Return Window

• Most items may be returned within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Resistance bands, yoga mats, or items that come into direct skin contact once opened

• Customised or clearance sale items

• Digital products or gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at info@gymsupplieshub.com with your order number and reason for return

• We will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions

• Securely package the item and include the RA number inside the parcel

• Return the item using the courier instructions provided

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available for size, resistance level, or product variations, subject to stock availability.

• If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• For large or oversized items, we can arrange courier collection at a discounted rate.

Important Notes

• Returns without prior Return Authorisation (RA) may be rejected.

• Items returned after 28 days may not be eligible for a refund.

• TrainTorquix reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
