At TrainTorquix, we are committed to delivering high-quality fitness equipment designed to last. To give you peace of mind, we provide a limited warranty on all our products.

Warranty Coverage
All TrainTorquix products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What’s Covered

  • Structural or frame defects

  • Faulty resistance mechanisms (springs, hydraulics, etc.)

  • Broken or malfunctioning components due to manufacturing defects

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (foam grips, paint scratches, etc.)

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Modifications, repairs, or disassembly carried out by unauthorized persons

  • Commercial use (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

  • Accidental damage during use

Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@gymsupplieshub.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the defect

Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement part(s)

  • A replacement product

  • A refund (if replacement is not possible)

Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims, TrainTorquix will cover the cost of shipping replacement parts or products.
Customers may be responsible for returning the defective item, depending on the specific situation.

Warranty Validity
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from TrainTorquix or authorized resellers.
Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

Limitation of Liability
TrainTorquix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund as outlined in this policy.
